THE CHALLENGE
Perform[cb], formerly Clickbooth, is a Cost-Per-Action company that enables advertisers to reach new audiences by accessing a large database of exclusive affiliates online using it's proprietary software. The challenge was that the company had grown and acquired two other companies: Adperio and IgniteOPM, and needed to merge all 3 businesses into one unified brand to simplify operations. The decision was made to embark on a full rebrand.
My task as the in-house Graphic Designer was to create a logo, identity system, and launch all assets in 3 months time. I worked along side the marketing and executive teams to chart the new way forward, and Perform[cb] was born.
OUTCOME
After leading the CEO and executive team through a brand discovery session, we defined 3 key attributes: Collaboration, Technology, Results. Using these attributes as a guide, I created a logo and brand identity that better positioned the company as the leader in performance marketing. The rebrand launched successfully on time and Perform[cb] has since won many industry awards and is recognized as a Best Place to Work.

MOODBOARD
I put together 6 different moodboards during the initial stage of the rebrand to gain consensus on the look and feel of the brand. The above design was the final version we used to guide the design direction.
